Meeting: Jasper Board of Zoning Appeals

The Jasper Board of Zoning Appeals met Wednesday and:

• Granted a variance from the City of Jasper’s Unified Development Ordinance medium density residential section for minimum front setback and lot coverage and a variance from the UDO’s parking standards section to allow off-site parking. Both variances are related to the proposed Alumni Addition of the Greater Jasper Consolidated Schools.
