Meeting: Jasper Board of Zoning Appeals

The Jasper Board of Zoning Appeals met Wednesday and:

• Approved variances addressing the height, square footage, material and accessory building limits, allowing the construction of a structure in the back corner of the property at 1636 E. State Road 164, contingent upon the merging of the lot with another nearby lot. The property owner, Stanley Wineinger, will use the metal building for storage.

• Approved a variance allowing Kimball International to install a monument sign at the business’ location at 1600 Royal Street.
