Meeting: Jasper Board of Zoning Appeals

The Jasper Board of Zoning Appeals met Wednesday and:

• Approved a variance that allows for the construction of a post frame accessory structure that will cover a total of 2,050 square feet at 1591 Grandview Drive. Property owner Clifford Mauder said none of his neighbors opposed the building, which will be used for the storage of vehicles and lawn and garden equipment.

• Approved a variance that would allow Jasper Engines and Transmissions to construct an addition to the company’s Wernsing Road facility within 5.52 feet of the front yard setback line.
