Meeting: Ferdinand Board of Zoning Appeals

The Ferdinand Board of Zoning Appeals met Wednesday and:

• Approved a variance for RND Development and potential tenant Robert Schlachter to allow a mixed-use commercial and residential structure at 1250 Main St.

• Approved mixed-use zoning at 202 E. Third Street for the Town of Ferdinand to use the structure as an ancillary to the ambulance center that is near the property.

• Heard that the next meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, at Ferdinand Town Hall, 2065 Main St.
