Meet with legislators at weekend eventJanuary 23, 2019

JASPER — The public is invited to meet with state legislators who represent Dubois County during a legislative breakfast Saturday morning at Vincennes University Jasper Campus.
The event will start at 9 a.m. at VUJC’s CTIM building, 961 College Ave., and will last about an hour and a half. There is no cost to attend, and light refreshments will be served.
State Sens. Mark Messmer, R-Jasper, and Erin Houchin, R-Salem, and State Reps. Shane Lindauer, R-Jasper, and Stephen Bartels, R-Eckerty, have been invited to attend.
Legislators will discuss happenings in the current legislative session, which started Jan.3, as well as take questions and hear comments from the audience. The morning meeting is sponsored by the Jasper Chamber of Commerce and VUJC.
