Martin Schroering, 75, Charlotte, N.C.
August 11, 2020Martin Schroering, 75, of Charlotte, NC passed on July 30th surrounded by his family. Martin was born in Jasper, IN and lived in Newburgh, IN for 25 years while raising his family. Martin is survived by his wife Janet of 53 years, son Marty (Vesime, Connor, Aydin and Brooks) and daughter Suzette (Jay, Nathaniel and Nicholas) Donosky. Martin was a loving husband, father, “Grampy”, and friend to everyone.

Martin earned his B.S. in Business Admin. in 1975, graduating Cum Laude from Brescia College. He worked for a variety of companies as an accountant including a Tax Advisor for H&R Block for 30 years. He was a former owner of Glen’s Driveline in Chandler, IN.
Being involved in his children's activities brought joy, and as President of Castle High School Soccer Club, he was instrumental in getting soccer sanctioned as a school sport - an accomplishment he was very proud of. In his spare time, Martin loved to work out, play golf, enjoy time with friends, and fish with his grandsons.
