Martin County woman accused of impaired driving

JASPER — A Martin County woman was arrested on an impaired driving charge early Friday.
A Jasper Police Department officer stopped a 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Christina L. Fiscus, 46, Loogootee, at 12:40 a.m. at 13th and Robert streets after Fiscus had allegedly failed to signal a turn and struck curbs with her vehicle at two locations.
Fiscus, who showed signs of impairment, was transported to Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center for a blood draw that allegedly found marijuana, methamphetamine, amphetamine, benzodiazepines and oxycodone in her system. Her blood alcohol content also allegedly tested .033%, police said.
Authorities booked Fiscus into the Dubois County Security Center at 3:59 a.m. on a preliminary misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated.
