Margaret Ann Bowman, 74, of Ferdinand passed away Wednesday May 15, in Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center, Jasper.
Margaret was born April 19, 1945, in Ferdinand to Louis and Elenora (Morgan) Schwartz.
Margaret retired from Best Chairs in Ferdinand and also from the Sisters of St. Benedict in the infirmary as a CNA. She was a member of Christ the King Parish-St. Ferdinand Catholic Church.
Margaret enjoyed Crochet, reading and crossword puzzles.
Surviving are two daughters, Shawn Bowman of Ferdinand and Kristie (Chris) Snow of Huntingburg; and two grandsons, Bryce Barkley and Kaden Bowman.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert and Roman Schwartz; and two sisters, Lastie Hedinger and Verena Kays.
A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 18, in St. Ferdinand Church. Burial will be in St. Ferdinand Church Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be from 8 until 10 a.m. service at the church.
