Man, woman face drug accusations

JASPER — A man and a woman are facing drug accusations after being arrested after a Wednesday traffic stop.
Officers patrolling in the Kellerville Road area who knew Brandon S. Bullock, 33, 1002 Terrace Ave., Jasper, had an active local warrant saw him driving a dark blue van northbound on Kellerville Road just past Cathy Lane at 10:11 a.m., according to the Jasper Police Department.
Police who conducted a traffic stop in the area of County Road 300N and Kellerville Road observed the female passenger, Mary F. Roettger, 53, 113 W. Third St., Huntingburg, allegedly making furtive movements in an attempt to conceal paraphernalia. It was later discovered at the Dubois County Security Center that Roettger had concealed methamphetamine.
Bullock and Roettger were each booked into the Dubois County Security Center on preliminary Level 6 felony counts of methamphetamine possession and preliminary misdemeanor counts of possession of paraphernalia. Roettger is additionally facing a preliminary Level 6 felony count of obstruction of justice, according to authorities.
Deputies with the Dubois County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
