Man jailed pending drug court termination

JASPER — A man who had been enrolled in drug court as part of a methamphetamine-dealing sentence was booked into jail Monday.
During a hearing Monday in Dubois Superior Court, a drug court team determined a petition to terminate the drug-court status of Christopher D. Bailey, 29, 222 N. Arjem St., Huntingburg, should be filed. Bailey was remanded to the custody of the Dubois County Sheriff’s Office and was booked into the security center at 4:27 p.m. Monday on a drug court violation.
A petition to terminate drug court was formally filed Tuesday.
