Man charged with voyeurism, stalking

JASPER — Officers arrested a peeping Tom Friday night in the area of Walnut and Darry streets.
Michael D. Webb, 40, 9865 E. State Road 56, Otwell, was charged with stalking and voyeurism, both Level 6 felonies, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor.
Officers received a complaint at 9:56 p.m. Friday about a man looking in the window at a female’s residence. Officers went to the location but weren't able to locate the man.
At 10:50 p.m., the police received another complaint that the male was looking in the female’s window again. Officers went to the residence, but did not locate the man. They stayed in the area, police said.
Officers located the man, later identified as Webb, because he returned to the residence, police said.
Webb was lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.
