FORT WAYNE — A Fort Wayne man accused of fatally shooting and killing two young men and wounding a third was formally charged Tuesday with two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder.

Nearly 100 friends and family of the three men gathered outside the Allen County Courthouse before the hearing. They held signs that read, “Long Live Josh, Long Live Andy,” “Justice,” and ”#JaylinStrong.”
A probable cause affidavit said Bossard engaged in “some kind of verbal confrontation with three young male black subjects” while they all were at a convenience store.
