Man arrested for invasion of privacy

HUNTINGBURG — Police took a man into custody Saturday night on a preliminary Level 6 felony count of invasion of privacy.

The Huntingburg Police Department answered a call at 7:59 p.m. about Clayton E. Froman, 28, Cincinnati, Ohio, being at a residence in violation of a protective order.

Police found Froman at the location and determined he had been convicted of a previous invasion of privacy charge, elevating the new preliminary charge to a felony.

Authorities booked Froman into the Dubois County Security Center at 10:17 p.m.
