Man arrested for invasion of privacy

HUNTINGBURG — A Tuesday night disturbance report resulted in a man being arrest and accused of invasion of privacy.

The Huntingburg Police Department was called at 10:08 p.m. to the report of a disturbance in the area of Sixth and Main streets.

After investigating, it was alleged John M. Davis II, 29, 302 E. First Ave., Huntingburg, had yelled at and had communications via social media with a woman who has an active no-contact order against him.

Authorities booked Davis into the Dubois County Security Center at 10:57 p.m. on a preliminary misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy.
