JASPER — The Jasper Police Department arrested a man Tuesday evening and accused him of invasion of privacy.
Officers responded at 6:35 p.m. to the report of a domestic dispute at a Westwood Boulevard apartment. Police said a female victim identified her ex-boyfriend as Luis A. Garcia Risquet, 24, 810 Shelby St., Huntingburg, and said he was no longer at the scene.
Police determined Garcia Risquet had contact with the victim who is the protected person in an active no contact order against Garcia Risquet.
Garcia Risquet was later located at a Lube Way business and taken into custody.
Authorities booked Garcia Risquet into the Dubois County Security Center at 11:25 p.m. on two preliminary misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy.
