Man arrested for invasion of privacy

HUNTINGBURG — The Huntingburg Police Department arrested a man Saturday afternoon and accused him of invasion of privacy.

Nery A. Castillo, 27, 303 N. Washington St., Huntingburg, is accused of having contact with a woman who is the protected person in an active protective order against Castillo. Police were called at 5:33 p.m. in reference to the alleged violation.

Authorities booked Castillo into the Dubois County Security Center at 6:33 p.m. on a preliminary misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy. Castillo posted bond Sunday evening.
