Man arrested for invasion of privacy

JASPER — The Jasper Police Department arrested a man Thursday and accused him of invasion of privacy.

Frank J. D’Esposito, 78, 504 S. Chestnut St., Huntingburg, is accused of having contact May 23 and June 21 with a woman who is the protected person in an active no-contact order, according to police.

Authorities booked D’Esposito into the Dubois County Security Center at 1:21 p.m. on a preliminary misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy.
