Man arrested for invasion of privacy

HUNTINGBURG — The Huntingburg Police Department arrested a man Friday and accused him of invasion of privacy.
The Dubois County Community Corrections Center conducted a home check at the 624 W. Fifth St. residence of William A. Artiga Jr., 30, and found a woman there who was determined to be the protected person in an active protective order against Artiga.
The Huntingburg Police Department took Artiga into custody and he was booked into the Dubois County Security Center at 2:15 p.m. on a preliminary misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy.
