Andrew W. Lyon, 38, 1340 Jackson St., Jasper, was alleged to have gained entry into another’s apartment unit, according to the Jasper Police Department.
Lyon is accused of leaving the apartment after he saw the complainant, who then called police at 6:14 p.m.
