Man accused of order violation

FERDINAND — The Ferdinand Police Department placed a man into custody Thursday, accusing him of a no-contact order violation that had occurred that afternoon.
Arrested was Adam P. Mehling, 30, 512 E. 23rd St., Ferdinand.
Authorities booked Mehling into the Dubois County Security Center at 8:56 p.m. Thursday on a preliminary misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy.
