HUNTINGBURG — The Huntingburg Police Department arrested a man Tuesday and accused him of invasion of privacy and obstruction of justice.
Austin R. Elliott, 25, 257 Brucke Strasse, Jasper, is accused of having repeated contact via social media with a juvenile female who is the protected person in an active no-contact order, according to authorities.
Elliott was booked into the Dubois County Security Center at 2:52 p.m. on a preliminary Level 6 felony count of obstruction of justice and five preliminary misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy.
The Dubois County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
