Man accused of invasion of privacy

HUNTINGBURG — The Huntingburg Police Department arrested John M. Davis II, 28, 9408 S. 100W, Ferdinand, on Saturday afternoon and accused him of invasion of privacy.

Davis was arrested after a protected female reported a violation of a protective order. Davis is alleged to have sent text messages in violation of the standing order.

Authorities booked Davis into the Dubois County Security Center at 6:14 p.m. on a preliminary misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy.
