Mallorey Krodel and Ryan Mas exchanged wedding vows at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 2, 2019, in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper. Father Ray Brenner officiated at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Glenn and Shelly Krodel of Jasper. The groom is the son of Christopher and Linda Mas of Sherrill’s Ford, North Carolina.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose friends Katie Chambers of Monroe, North Carolina, and Marci Crater of Charlotte, North Carolina, as matrons on honor. Jessica Kuykendall of Waxhaw, North Caronlina, Lynzie Chan of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Hayley Cheatwood of Sandy, Utah, all friends of the bride, and Shannan Mas of Belmont, North Carolina, sister of the groom, were bridesmaids.
Mr. Mas chose friend Brock Hudgens of Hickory, North Carolina, as best man. Justin Seager of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Pat Raley of Spring Hill, Tennessee, friends of the groom, and Andy Krodel of Kathleen, Florida, and Colby Krodel of Jasper, brothers of the bride, were groomsmen. The ring bearer was Chandler Kuykendall of Waxhaw, North Carolina.
A reception was held at the Huntingburg Event Center.
The bride is a graduate of Weddington (North Carolina) High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Southern Indiana, Evansville. She is a senior tax administrative assistant at Cherry Bekaert LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Mr. Mas is a graduate of Butler High School in Matthews, North Carolina, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, as well as a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is a certified public accountant and transaction tax manager at Cherry Bekaert LLP.
