Maggie Hillock and Ryan Hodell exchanged wedding vows at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2018, in St. Pius X Catholic Church, Indianapolis. Father Jim Farrell officiated the Mass and ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Stacy Hillock of Indianapolis. The groom is the son of Mark and Carol Hodell of Jasper.
Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a Stella York white lace fit and flare gown with asymmetrical layers and tiered lace over a tulle skirt with a lace up back under crystal buttons.
The bride chose her sister, Abby Hillock, Austin, Texas, as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Cindi Hillock, Chicago, sister of the bride; Alexis Hesser and Rachel Reitan, Bloomington, friends of the bride; and Kendall Begle, Ferdinand, friend of the couple. Maggie Young, friend of the bride, was the flower girl.
The bridesmaids wore navy blue strapless floor length dresses.
Mr. Hodell chose his brother, Nicholas Hodell, Jasper, and friend, Michael Higdon, Indianapolis, as co-best men. Groomsmen were Matt Hillock, Indianapolis, brother of the bride; Tyler Douthitt and Max Hagan, Indianapolis, friends of the groom; and Wade Sermersheim, Ferdinand, cousin of the groom. Grant Meiring, godson of the groom, was the ring bearer.
A reception was held at The Forum Conference Center, Fishers. Following a wedding trip to Los Angeles, California, and Oahu, Hawaii, the couple is living in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Hodell is a 2013 graduate of North Central High School, Indianapolis, and 2017 graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. She is a sixth grade teacher at Metropolitan School District of Warren Township, Indianapolis.
Mr. Hodell is a 2010 graduate of Jasper High School and 2014 graduate of Marian University, Indianapolis. He is a senior staff tax accountant at Sponsel CPA Group, Indianapolis.
