JASPER — Little Caesars will open its doors at 3121 N. Newton St. at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
The local franchise is being opened by Rob and Lisa Harris. The couple also owns a Little Caesars in Bardstown, Ky., and recently moved to Jasper from Richmond, Ky.
