Linda Kay Self, 67, of West Baden Springs, passed away on Monday, August 6, 2018, at IU Bloomington Hospice House, Bloomington.
She was born in Bedford on November 11, 1950, to Roscoe V. and Daisy (Moffatt) Terrell. Linda married Hubert Thomas Self on November 4, 1974, and he preceded her in death on January 1, 2012.
She was also preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by two daughters, Laura Leigh Self, West Baden Springs, and Christina Renea Ladd (Rodney), Mims, Florida; two sons, Kevin Thomas Self (Mandy), Palm Bay, Florida, and David Scott Self (Danielle), Oden; two sisters, Eva Powell, Mitchell, and Elsie Carnes, West Baden Springs; and seven grandchildren, Brittany, Alex, Aidan, Addison Rose, Hailey Faye, Emma Gene and Jonathan.
A Funeral Ceremony was conducted by Pastor John Moffatt on Thursday, Aug. 9, at Brosmer-Kemple Chapel. Burial followed in Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
Arrangements were in the care of Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Service in French Lick.
