The Lincolnland Ruritan District held their Annual Fall Convention at the Olde Tyme Steakhaus in Olney, Illinois, on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020. The business session was held in the afternoon, District Governor James Zehr member of the Illiana and Dubois clubs conducted the meeting. Zone 4 Governor Rita Woods of the Illiana and Mt. Erie clubs led the song America, District Secretary James Barger of the Illiana and Allendale clubs gave the invocation. Other cabinet members present included: District Lt. Governor Beverly Tanner of the Illiana and Geff clubs, District Treasurer and Facebook Marcia Zehr of the Illiana club, Zone 2 Governor Michele Zehr of the Illiana club. Zone 3 Governor Grover Burkett of the Illiana and Dundas clubs. Zone 5 Governor and Past National Director Howard Tanner of the Illiana & Geff clubs.
The banquet started at 5 p.m. James Barger severed as emcee, The song America was led by Rita Woods. The Invocation was given by Past National Director Howard Tanner. James Barger introduced the head table. Olney Mayor Mark Lambird gave the welcome. Rita Woods presented the Memorial Moment, recognizing members who passed in 2020.
District Governor James Zehr presented the Community Service Awards: Social Development, Public Service, Business & Profession, Environment, and Citizenship & Patriotism. Dubois, Dundas, Geff, Hymera, Illiana, Jefferson Twp. and Wayne City clubs all received Gold in all five categories. Allendale 2 gold 3 silver; Beecher City, 3 Gold; Bluford 4 gold 1 silver;
District had a membership drive contest. August 1, 2019 to July 31 of 2020. The person with five  members recruited would receive $25. Over five would receive $50. Darla Abrams of the Wayne City club won by recruiting six  new members.
Governor James Zehr presented the Ruritan of the Year to: Billie C. Moyer of the Geff Ruritan Club.
District Governor James Zehr recognized the Club anniversaries that were celebrated this year: Montgomery 60 years, Haysville 60 years, Griffin 50 years. Dieterich 35 years and Dubois 35 years.
He then recognized the Club Anniversaries coming up in 2021: Irvington 60 years, Illiana 35 years and Beecher City 25 years.
Lincolnland District National Director Mike Wright from Ohio shared greetings from Ruritan National. Speaking on the annual Ruritan National Convention will be held in Conventon, Kentucky, Jan. 27-31.
Outgoing District Governor James Zehr: Thanked everyone for their support during his two years as District Governor. Thanks for the community service reports, the interim reports and the quarterly report because this is what we grade awards on. Keep up the Fellowship, Goodwill & Community Service.
Incoming District Governor Beverly Tanner spoke on the different awards that the District and National has that each club could receive.

National Director Mike Wright then installed the 2021 District Officers: District Governor Beverly Tanner; Lt. Governor Michele Zehr; Treasurer Marcia Zehr; Secretary James Barger.
District had a basket raffle with all proceeds going to their Scholarship fund: Each club was asked to donate a Basket with a value of $25 to raffle off. Marica Zehr and Michele Zehr assisted in drawing out tickets for the raffle and presenting of the table decorations.
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Lt. Governor Beverly Tanner.
