Library, arts calling on artists

JASPER — Jasper City/Library LLC is looking for qualified wood artists to create a commissioned, public, interior donor wall at the Thyen-Clark Cultural Center.
The project includes the design, creation and installation of artwork on a wall inside the atrium of the cultural center, located at 100 Third Street, Jasper.
An electronic version of a document containing submission information is available on the Jasper Community Arts website at www.jasperarts.org. The deadline for interested artists is Friday, April 3.
Two to three finalists —who will be compensated $200 to submit and present their designs — will be selected. Finalists will be notified on or before Friday, April 10.
