Library announces arts and crafts fair

DALE — The Friends of the Lincoln Heritage Public Library are hosting their second annual arts and crafts fair in conjunction with their monthly book sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT Saturday, Nov. 16. The arts and crafts fair, the Undergrounds Book Store, the Children’s Book Nook and the Recreational Reading Area will all be open to the public.

The craft fair features locally made handcrafts and art such as baked goods, Christmas and Thanksgiving items, soaps, candles, wreathes and jewelry. The Undergrounds Book Store will feature collectible first edition titles, like new titles, vintage books, puzzles and a large selection of audio visual items.

Raffle tickets for themed baskets donated by venders and library patrons will be available throughout the hours of the craft fair. 

The event will support the Lincoln Heritage Public Library programs. All proceeds from the craft fair, basket raffle and book sale will go to providing materials and programs for the library’s patrons. This event is free and open to the public.
