Learn about winter habits of animals

JASPER — The Dubois County Museum has set up a program that will answer “Where Have All the Wild Things Gone” at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2.

Attendees will explore and learn about hibernating, migrating and animal adaptations. Naturalists from Patoka Lake will be presenting the program. Crafts, games and activities will be included.

Reservations need to be made by Friday, Jan. 25, so that the museum volunteers can prepare the needed supplies for the crafts and activities. Send an email with a name and the number attending to dcmuseumreserve@gmail.com.

Admission fees will be charged. The fees are $5 for adults, $3 for high school, $2 for middle and elementary, and free for those under age 4. Those holding a museum membership will be admitted free. Memberships will be for sale in the museum lobby.
