Lauren Woebkenberg, 11, of Carmel, passed away, Saturday, December 8, 2018, at her home.
Lauren was born August 16, 2007, in Evansville to Ryan and Amy (Wetzel) Woebkenberg.
Lauren was a student at Little Star Center in Carmel. She loved music, dancing, playing with her many toys, going for walks, swimming, spending time with her family and being with her grandparents. Lauren was loved by everyone she met.
She is survived by her parents, Ryan and Amy Woebkenberg of Carmel; a sister, Katherine Woebkenberg, at home; her grandparents, George and Gail Wetzel of Santa Claus, and David and Edna Woebkenberg of St. Henry; and great-grandmother, Nellie Wetzel of Buffaloville.
Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Henry Catholic Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand from 4 to 8 p.m. and also Friday morning from 7 to 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Autism Society of Indiana.
