Kindergarten enrollment cutoff date changes

From Local Sources

The Indiana General Assembly changed the eligibility requirements for students entering kindergarten in the 2019-20 school year. Under the new guidelines, any child who will be 5 years of age on or before Sept. 1, 2019, will be eligible to enroll.

Parents of children who meet the new enrollment requirements should contact the elementary school they wish their children to attend to enroll. They will need to provide a birth certificate, immunization record and social security number.
