JASPER — Kimball Electronics announced Thursday that Julie Dutchess, vice president of human resources, will retire after nearly 43 years with the company.
Dutchess started her career at the Jasper manufacturing operation and held various positions of increasing responsibility before she was named vice president of human resources in 2014.
“Throughout her career, Julie has worked tirelessly to help make Kimball Electronics an employer of choice, and her contributions to our global expansion into Asia and Europe over the past several years have been invaluable. We wish her all the best in this new phase of her life,”said Donald Charron, chairman and CEO of Kimball Electronics.
Jessica DeLorenzo has been named the new vice president of human resources and will replace Dutchess effective today.
DeLorenzo joined Kimball Electronics in 2015 and was most recently director of organizational development.
Before joining Kimball Electronics, DeLorenzo had been director of student services at Vincennes University since 2011.
