Katherine Kay Meyer and Logan Dean Ledbetter exchanged wedding vows at 2 p.m. on May 12, 2018, at Divine Mercy Parish-St. Anthony Campus. Father Christopher Droste officiated at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Matthew and Sharon Meyer of Huntingburg. The groom is the son of Matthew and Lori Ledbetter of Evansville.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose a full-length, A-Line wedding gown from Beth Carter Exquisite Bridal and Formal Wear. The gown had a lace bodice and straps, chiffon skirt and a warm blush peaking behind the lace and chiffon. She wore her mother’s wedding veil, which was altered to be one layer attached to a braided crown of pearls with a cluster of pearl flowers on the side.
Music for the ceremony was provided by pianist Kathy Tenbarge, violinists Maddy Oser and David Kassebaum, guitarist and vocalist Isaac Gatwood and vocalist Megan Gatwood.
The bride chose Katie Stoltz, Evansville, as matron of honor. Alyssa Englert and Lauran Ledbetter, both of Evansville; Jessica Eckstein, Jasper; Sara Reddington, Indianapolis; and Kristin Nordhoff, Huntingburg, were bridesmaids.
The bride’s attendants wore rose petal pink, full-length wrap dresses with cap sleeves handmade by Ruth Goad, mother of the matron of honor.
The mother of the bride wore a flowing, floor-length light sage green dress with crystal embellishments at the neckline and waistline from Beth Carter Exquisite Bridal and Formal Wear. The mother of the groom wore a floor-length black gown with lace and crystal embellishments on the bodice.
Mr. Ledbetter chose Jordan Fehr, Evansville, as best man. Craig Goebel, Derrick McDowell, Justin Purdy and Colton Ledbetter, all of Evansville, and Aaron Meyer, Huntingburg, were groomsmen. Sean Englert and Derrick Hahn, both of Evansville, were ushers. The ring bearer was Carter Ledbetter, Evansville.
A reception was held at Kokies Echo Valley, Evansville. Music was provided by Songbird DJ.
The couple took a wedding trip to Hotel Chocolat by Boucan in St. Lucia and is living is Evansville.
The bride is a graduate of Forest Park High School, Ferdinand. She is a registered behavioral technician at Harsha Autism Center, Evansville.
Mr. Ledbetter is a graduate of F.J. Reitz High School and the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville. He is an electrical engineer at ECS Solutions, Evansville.
