Kalb wins national award
March 27, 2020Kevin Kalb of Dubois placed first in the nation in the F:Strip-Till, Miminmum-Till, Ridge-Till Non-Irrigated Class for the 2019 National Corn Yield Contest with a field entry yield of 394.49 bushels per acre.
Shawn Kalb of Dubois placed second in the same class with a field entry yield of 320.73 bushels per acre.
The awards were presented at the annual Commodity Classic in San Antonio, Texas, in February. The contest was sponsored by the Nation Corn Growners Association.
