John Renner Jr., 92, of French Lick, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Carmel.
He was born in French Lick on March 3, 1927, to John Henry Renner and Lillian Marie (Mitchell) Renner. John married Jo Anne Stackhouse and she survives.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Dorothy Willard.
He proudly served his country in the United State Army in World War II as a Master Sergeant.
John is survived by his wife, Jo Anne Renner; one son, Don Renner (Barbara); two grandsons, Brad Renner (Jenni) and John Renner (Haley); and two great-grandsons, Austin and Connor.
The Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Rev. Dennis Adams and Rev. Doug Finney on Friday, January 31, 2020, at 2 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home in French Lick. Burial will follow in Ames Chapel Cemetery in Paoli.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Friday, January 31, 2020, at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.
Arrangements are in the care of Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home 9640 W. State Rd. 56 French Lick.
