Perry Francis Shields, 57, of, Jeffersonville, formerly of French Lick, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Clark Memorial Hospital, Jeffersonville.
He was born in French Lick on March 22, 1961, to Levi L. and Anna Lee (Rominger) Shields.
Perry was preceded in death by his parents and one nephew, Gared Blake Allen.
He was a 1979 graduate of Springs Valley High School.
Perry is survived by one brother, Michael Shields (Diane), Greenwood; three sisters, Suzanne Emmons (John) and Donna Allen (Goose), both of West Baden Springs and Sally Foddrill (Jon), Nashville, Indiana; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Cremation was chosen and a private service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions in memory of Perry may be made to the charity of your choice.
