Jasper police make child molesting arrest

JASPER — The Jasper Police Department arrested a man Wednesday who is preliminarily charged with child molesting and sexual battery.
Police who investigated a report of inappropriate touching of a juvenile report finding probable cause existed to arrest Scott A. Moore, 34, 3016 Leslie Drive, Jasper.
Authorities booked Moore into the Dubois County Security Center at 10:58 p.m. on preliminary charges of Level 1 felony child molesting and Level 6 felony sexual battery.
Indiana State Police assisted.
