Janet Kay Tibbs, 86, French Lick
July 16, 2020Janet Kay Tibbs, 86, of French Lick, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at her residence.

She was born on June 1, 1934, in Columbus to Clarence E. Huff, Sr. and Hazel M. “Dunham” Huff. Janet married Charles E. Tibbs on June 20, 1959, and he preceded her in death on June 1, 1995.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; onee stepson; and three brothers.
She is survived by one daughter, Shelley Broe, French Lick; one stepdaughter, Judy Land (Don), French Lick; two brothers, Richard “Dick” Huff, Oregon, and David Huff, Clark Fork, Idaho; seven grandchildren, Ginny, West New Hampshire, John Kelley, New Hampshire, Charles Kelley, Florida, Cassie Self, Shoals, Jonathan Land, Paoli, Robert Land, West Baden Springs, and Kelsey Mae Land, French Lick; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Ceremony will be conducted on Monday, July 20, at 2 p.m. at Ames Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday, July 20, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.
Arrangements are in the care of Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Service, French Lick.
