James Hubert Edwards Forler, 68, of Chrisney, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019, at Summerfield Health Care Center in Cloverdale.
He was born October 6, 1950, to Raphel and Joyce (Edwards) Forler.
James formerly worked as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson, Dylan Morton; and one great-grandchild.
He is survived by two daughters, Angela (Ramiro) Mejia of St. Louis, Missouri, and Jamie (Brett) Vinson of Petersburg; four brothers, Timothy (Lisa) Forler of Grandview, Randyl (Kim) Forler of Chrisney, Larry (Mary) Forler of St. Meinrad, and Danny Forler of Chrisney; six grandchildren, Justin (Kara) Forler of Santa Claus, Deonna (Brannon) Pittman of Tell City, Micaela Ramires of St. Louis, Missouri, Gabrielle (Dustin) Morton of Jasper, Keiarra Morton of Charleston, Illinois, and Benessa Morton of Jasper; two stepgrandchildren, Jordan and Annalee Vinson; and six great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Madison, Alley, Nevaeh, Taylor and Adaline.
Graveside services will be held at noon EST on Saturday, February 9, 2019, at Fairmount Cemetery in Huntingburg.
Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg has been entrusted with the burial arrangements.
