Investigation continues in Paoli shooting

PAOLI — Police are investigating an incident in which a Paoli man was fatally shot.
The Paoli Police Department and Orange County Sheriff's Department were called to 837 College Hill Street in Paoli at 7:48 a.m. in reference a shooting that had occurred.
Police found 51-year-old William Dunn deceased inside the residence. Detectives with the Indiana State Police and Paoli Police officers began an investigation and learned that the homeowner, 43-year-old Sabrina Dunn, had fatally shot William Dunn. She is currently being detained as the investigation continues, Indiana State Police reported.
Assisting officers at the scene were Orange County Emergency Medical Services, the Orange County Coroner’s Office and the Orange County Prosecutor's Office.
The investigation is currently ongoing, police said.
