JASPER — A man taken into custody Saturday on a Dubois Superior Court charging him with misdemeanor theft pleaded guilty Monday.
Marc A. Schroy, 206 N. Walnut St., Huntingburg, was accused of taking an amplifier valued at $59.99 from the Walmart Supercenter at 4040 Newton St. on Jan. 18, according to court documents.
The case was investigated by the Jasper Police Department and a warrant charging him with misdemeanor theft was issued Friday.
