HUNTINGBURG — A text to authorities early today reporting a domestic battery led to a felony arrest.
The Huntingburg Police Department responded to the 12:23 a.m. report and went to 19th Street apartments where they spoke with a victim and two children living in the residence.
Police said the female victim had minor injuries but declined medical treatment.
Arrested and preliminarily charged with Level 6 felony domestic battery was Felix A. Lazaro, 41, 511 E. 19th St., Apt. 12.
Authorities booked Lazaro into the Dubois County Security Center at 3:52 a.m.
