Huntingburg-area accident brings OWI arrest

HOLLAND — Police allege a Vanderburgh County motorist involved in a single-vehicle accident Saturday night southwest of Huntingburg was driving while impaired.
The Dubois County Sheriff’s Office was called to the accident in the 4200 block of Holland Road East at 9:30 p.m.
Police said the driver of the 1998 Toyota, Jason D. Seibert, 43, Evansville, had a blood alcohol content that tested .18% in a certified test at the Huntingburg Police Station.
Authorities booked Seibert into the Dubois County Security Center at 11:17 p.m. on a preliminary misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated. Seibert was released from the facility Sunday morning.
