Hospital offering Basic Medic First AidAugust 13, 2020
JASPER — Memorial Hospital and Health Care center will offer Basic Medic First Aid with AED training Thursday, Sept. 10 from 8 a.m. to noon.
The class is a basic training course in emergency care designed for use in the business/industrial setting. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), AED use, and other important emergency care skills are combined into this course. The course satisfies OSHA requirements for industry and business. The cost of the class is $65 and will take place in the Health and Wellness Classroom at Memorial Southside Office, 1100 West 12th Avenue, Jasper. A Medic First Aid Bloodborne Pathogens class can be added to this course for an additional $20. For more details, please call 812-996-2399, option 1.
