Hopf joins medical associate staff

JASPER — Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center announced the addition of Kami Hopf, CRNA, to its medical associate staff. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists are advanced practice registered nurses who administer anesthesia and other medications and monitor patients receiving and recovering from anesthesia.
Hopf received her doctorate of nursing practice and registered nurse anesthetist certification from Baptist Health System/Murray State University in Madisonville, Kentucky. She earned her bachelor of science degree in nursing from University of Evansville in Evansville. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the Indiana Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
Hopf previously worked as a staff nurse for five years in Critical Care Services at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center and the surgical trauma cardiovascular intensive care unit and telemetry unit at Deaconess Hospital. She is a graduate of Jasper High School.
