Hopf graduates summa cum laude

Melinda Hopf graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from the University of Evansville.

She was on the dean’s list for eight semesters, was a part of the UE Orientation Leaders, and volunteered as a Warrick County Young Life leader at Boonville High School. She spent time in four different elementary schools and finished her student teaching in the fifth grade at Daniel Wertz.

Hopf has accepted a position as a year-long intern at Carolina Point, a Young Life Camp in North Carolina. She plans to pursue a possible career in ministry.
