Herald taking 'Buck Shots' submissionsNovember 17, 2020

It’s that time of year that the Herald is taking submissions for “Buck Shots.”
Photos of local hunters and their deer that were locally hunted will run in the sports section of the Herald during deer season. Make sure to send your high-quality photo to email@example.com, along with the name, hometown, date and location of the buck shot.
Only one picture per hunter per season will be accepted.
Jasper Athletics announced on Twitter Tuesday that its game at Evansville Bosse was canceled, as was Saturday’s scheduled game at Evansville Memorial and Dec. 1 against North Harrison.
Heritage Hills Athletic Director Jay Burch said in a Tuesday email the Patriots cancelled their junior varsity games both for Thursday against Evansville Harrison, and Saturday against Evansville Bosse.
Indiana Baseball Hall of Fame
The Indiana Baseball hall of Fame is closed Nov. 26-29 for Thanksgiving weekend, but will reopen its normal hours of 11:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Thursday through Sunday on Dec. 3.
