Healthy Learning Lunch: “Cardiac Risk Assessment”July 22, 2021
Are you doing enough to protect your heart? With cardiovascular disease being the number one killer of men and women, it’s important to know your risks and what steps you can take to help you stay healthy. Please join Home Instead Senior Care on Wednesday, August 18 for their Healthy Learning Lunch program from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Jasper where Memorial Hospital’s Heartland Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, Natalie O’Connor, will present “Cardiac Risk Assessment”.
This FREE program welcomes the public to hear an educational topic while enjoying a complimentary lunch. This program is brought to you in partnership with Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center, Home Instead Senior Center and Shiloh United Methodist Church. Door prize and lunch are included. Complimentary lunch and prize drawing will be courtesy of Northwood Good Samaritan.
This presentation will be held at Shiloh United Methodist Church, 1971 State Road 56 in Jasper. This event is presented free of charge. All CDC guidelines regarding Social Distancing will be implemented.
