Hasenour awarded Huntingburg Kiwanis scholarshipJuly 26, 2021
Evelyn M. Hasenour of Huntingburg was awarded the 2021 Huntingburg Kiwanis Club Ray Goldman Scholarship. Hasenour is a 2021 graduate of Southridge High School, receiving an Academic Honors diploma. She was active in Key Club, National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Spanish Club, cross country, and track and field. Hasenour will attend the University of Southern Indiana, majoring in health sciences. She is the daughter of Sherri Neher of Huntingburg.
The Huntingburg Kiwanis Club Ray Goldman Scholarship is a $1,000 post-secondary scholarship awarded to a graduate of Southridge High School in recognition of scholarship and community service. The scholarship is given in memory of Ray Goldman, a long time educator and superintendent of Huntingburg public schools.
